Gretchen proves that bassets are true trackers. Starting her hunting career at two years old she has found her place in the pack quite easily. She handles very nicely but only commits to one human at a time. (Since I feed her, she has chosen me.) She is a red and white hound with alot of red ticking. She is an excellent mother, caring for 10 pups from her last litter. She enjoys her time in the brush but doesnt stray too far for too long with out checking back in.
